Free monitoring tools is the best. So my answer is neither above.
Good Idea, but in long term the TLD costs are higher and they are doing design updates

uptimerobot has a free plan up to 50 targets. i will check it out as first. i had shodan blackfriday deal 2 years ago (1€ Lifetime), but they have slow intervals
