We do not allow Download sites, Tube Sites, Adult Sites or anything we deem illegal. If unsure please reach out via a support ticket or live chat

By selling to like 500-1000 users per year? Did you miss the shared hosting part? This isn't a VPS, nor was this promo for only one (it says 20 uses in op).
To put this in perspective, this is nowhere priced lower than others with more domains allowed. If he fills up the server, there's health margins.
