I have used uptimerobot it is good but costly now with price hike
I was reading a new post which linked to this post and I commented here by mistake instead of the newer one
Don't necro, you should be temp banned since you should know better.
Edit: in the future, you need to self reference a mistaken necro before someone else does to cancel it out.
Any tools with latency or traceroute history?
