It's easy to oversell cores but difficult to oversell RAM.

For me looks like clickbalt scam. Isn't?

I especially love how their whmcs doesn’t force https

It usually just signals that the CPU isn't dedicated. So if someone else on the same node is slamming the CPU hard, your "8 cores" will be super slow despite technically having 8 virtual cores.
I imagine these servers would have high "steal" values.

That why I wrote about clickbalt. Node CPU is not a CPU per VPS. They even didn't recognize what they doing.

I wonder if they are just reselling OVH... any idea how to get their IP's? I don't think they have their own ASN.

Well we can't find the IP for their servers without buying one or tracking down a looking glass.

Their main website is OVH IPs but the PTR hints that they're not owned by them and instead is behind https://inshield.co/ which appears to be DDoS Protection. So you won't get very far down that road either.

Assuming nothing has changed since 2015, this LEB entry may be of interest: https://lowendbox.com/blog/pulse-servers-7month-1gb-vps-in-canada-with-linux-openvz-or-windows/
Which does indeed mention they are on OVH network and provides an IP that no longer seems to serve anything.
