netim.com 14.90€. I have most european ccTLDs registered with them. Nothing special in their service however decent pricing.
There are also written requirements for owning .hu http://www.netim.com/domain/hu-domain-name.php and if you don't meet those criteria netim can offer you trustee service (local presence) for 24.90€ which isn't that cheap.
Unfortunately not useful for .hu but might be of benefit for others. There's also an Android app ...

You need to be an EU member to register a .HU domain, also you will have to do some paperwork(you have to fill out 2 documents confirming your personal data).
I know a local provider, who is registering .HU domains for 2000 HUF/~8.90 USD/2 years(excluding 27% VAT). They are using WHMCS so the ordering will be no problem, however they might not speak english(you should ask). => http://abrom.hu/
@Christian: May be I should just give up this idea until one day I decide to move to Hungary, hopefully the domain I am hoping to get is not taken then
