Are there any foreign language equivalents to LET?

I know there are other English forums and HostLoc for Chinese, but I'm curious if there are other language communities that have their own equivalent of LET, even if it's just a sub-forum of a bigger tech community.

I'm looking for a French equivalent but only the OVH forum pops up in my web searches.

Not really an equivalent but for French there is mondedie.fr and there might also be a sub forum on hardware.fr
