I know just skynet but seems the stability is not the best..

Butget: up to $70-80
Account needed: 10-20
Storage: 50GB+

Wasn't aware Skynet did such - only other company (I believe the original one was Hostnine with Reseller Central) - that's some history.

otherwise another option can be a DMCA Ignored reseller with a single location.
(Nothing crazy, just free speech/news websites).

If someone know a good one, please let me know.
