    Thanks, will take your word on it as just looked at their network and a nice 8ms to my main cluster. Sadly, need three for replacment Hashicorp Vault cluster as Novos is stopping trading at the end of the year, so need replacment providor.

    Do you mean "DMCA ignored" or do you really mean "piracy allowed"? DMCA is a US law so by definition it doesn't apply to hosting companies operating entirely outside the USA (company + servers are both outside the USA).
