Windows vps needed

i just checkout someout good providers like recknard, buyvm, hosthatch, hostus, hostwinds.
but i am not sure if i get what my client needs. i cant select os before payment.
so i need a windows vps with manage service or unmanaged(not a windows user,but pro linux)
here is my requirement:

5. BW 1TB+
6. automated Backup will be pluspoint
