Please share some Windows Offers - 2021 Black Friday

Windows licences are too expensive for "Low End".
So I am expecting affordable KVM plans which support Windows trail versions or ISO image. I think there are many users who also need them.

When you list a plan, please share the CPU and Geekbench 5 result as well. It's amazing to have a powerful CPU.

OK, start from me:

Letbox.com: E5-N2

Plan: 2vCPU/2GB Ram/15G NVMe & 125GB Storage, Flash sale at $29.75 yearly.
CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2680 @ 2.70 GHz, 2 Processors/2 Cores
Windows templetes: Windows 2012,
Geekbench 5 Score: 511(Single-Core), 512(Multi-Core).
https://browser.geekbench.com/v5/cpu/11004549

Servarica.com: Flying Fish. https://clients.servarica.com/store/special-offers-summer-2021

Pland: 4vCPU/4G Ram/200SSD, $48 yearly.
CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2680 v2 @ 2.80 GHz, 4 Processors/4 Cores
Windows templetes: Windows 2012, Windows 2016, Windows 2019
Geekbench 5 Score: 499(Single-Core), 1667(Multi-Core).

FYI, that just makes you look uninformed, not some hardcore Unix fanboy.

Just because you don't use it doesn't mean that it's not used in the industry.

IIRC aound 25% of websites use Windows Server. The top million sites are predominantly Linux (~96% ish), but there's a very long tail of Windows servers.

Some sites also use Windows Server, but they have a Linux-based load balancer in front of them, so it "look like" a Linux server when surveyed.

Imagine running cracked Windows in a datacenter. What could possibly go wrong?

Racknerd have a Windows VPS on ryzen for like $79/year with a legit license and everything.

    You're welcome

Might last a couple of OS updates, with judicial reallocation of folders (dumbing down name for directories). >:)

Glad to see you got that right, rather than just Linux. ;)

I don't think of websites when I think of hosted Windows, I think service/applications.

    Ok.
    I have a MSDN subscription.

If I remember correctly, MSDN Windows licenses are mainly for evaluation and testing (ie for developers that need to test on Windows server, rather than for production deployments)

When Virtual Environments Require a Separate License
If a physical machine running one or more virtual machines is used entirely for development and test, then the operating system used on the physical host system can be MSDN software. However, if the physical machine or any of the VMs hosted on that physical system are used for other purposes, then both the operating system within the production environment VMs and the operating system for the physical host must be licensed separately. The same holds true for other software used on the system—for example, Microsoft SQL Server obtained as MSDN software can only be used to design, develop, test, and demonstrate your programs.

    That is correct.
I am a developer and VMs are used for developing and unit testing the code.
The production code runs on Azure VMs. Besides there are vendors who include retail Windows license as well

PS - Microsoft SQL Server Express edition can be used in production environments as well.

No. It must be mounted before using.

And you're running Windows ok on this? TBH I've never ran Windows on a VPS because I think it would be very sluggish unless you have one of those 4vCore 4GB RAM VPS minimum.
