Yes, for Singapore we offer LeaseWeb configurations.
1 additional IPv4 have price as S$6.00.
Regards HDD - this depend from what type of storage you are looking for. This server can hold max 2 pcs of disks.
Also configuration and prices listed for instant delivery servers. If you want customizable server, you will need pay for setup and price for server will be higher.
