Hardware Information:
Our servers are running the latest Intel CPUs, DDR3 RAM (64-128GB per node) and the latest Solid State Drives (SSDs) in RAID-10 using the latest LSI PCIe 3.0 controllers! All our VPS nodes are connected to a 10Gbps uplink, and each VPS is limited to 1Gbps. We deploy a combination of 3 different monitoring systems which monitor our servers every second, minute and 5 minutes on both network and hardware levels. Oddly, I have the same problem. I definitely have never used hosthatch in the past.
@grillmaster The problem seems to be that the welcome email fails to send, so it might look like the account is old, even if it was just created. We're looking into it.
