Couldn't you just stick to the provider's thread since you've posted there first?
Also, if you're going to provide some form of proof, at least post something that's related to the ticket, not the service.
It seems that yes, I was looking for the VPS web and I found the page, I ordered a service and after 72 hours it is still in "pending" status, I opened a ticket that they do not respond lul, the good thing is that I paid by paypal now I am waiting for the refund
