I'm kinda looking for a unicorn here, but maybe something cool will come up...
Looking for something that isn't in North America, Europe (middle east is fine obviously), Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia.

Yes, sorry for the confusion. Latency in North America/Europe is mostly correlated with distance. I excluded specific Asian areas because I already have servers in those locations , but the routing situation in Asia is very different in that distance very rarely correlates with latency in a lot of countries

I purposely did not include the pricing as it involved few hurdles. The main purpose of making ExoticVM was to just let people know that in XYZ City/Country ABC provider exists.
