vServer with BGP Europe

Hello,
I search for a KVM vServer with a IXP BGP(IPv6 full Table) connection located in Europe or better Germany.
At least with 1 Core and 2GB RAM.
Reliable IPv6 is a must have.
It is only a hobby-project so it should be payable

Can you recommend a good provider?

We can do BGP for free with a full table on VPSs in Germany, The Netherlands, Norway and Switzerland (and Fremont (US) - London and Kansas are default route/partial table)

IXP Access VMs are available in Amsterdam for NL-IX and Frankfurt (KleyReX, LocIX and NL-IX)

All the above-mentioned locations are dual-stacked (IPv4 + IPv6). We peer with networks on both protocols whenever possible
