Have you already tried to your VPS? If that doesn't work, please in the control panel and check again if your VPS is now.
RESET your VPS from the control panel. Reinstall OS

You didn't say what you actually did to the VPS. What did you do to the VPS? What needs to be fixed on it? There's no action to what you did. Did you fuck it? Did you rm -fr /* it?

How to WHAT a VPS? If you need help then you need to describe the problem to us but you haven't told us anything besides "how to a vps", which doesn't tell anyone anything.
