what kind of mailer? mailbox or newsletter type things? If it's just mailboxes mostly for personal, I would recommend racknerd cpanel shared, since it has good mail deliverability and it is extremely cheap
otherwise mail.baby or amazon SES is good for big sending
just need it to communicate with clients, all the mails will be hand written, nothing automatic, might look into it but seems kinda expensive with the cheapest plan being $67/year
