Request to ban Softshellweb

One day when I was reading the offers on LET,I saw the offer of Softshellweb.
Their shared hosting is at a really good price.
So I purchased one.

However,they didn't deliver and reply.
Even more, their website has been down since yesterday.

I have purchased the shared hosting for over 48 hours.I didn't receive my product and any reply from Softshellweb.

Also,I cannot sign in because their website was down.

I suspect that they have closed their door for a long time.However, maybe nobody talks about this.So they still waited someone to put money into their pockets.

48 hours ago, their website wasn't down.
And they didn't give me a refund.

Ticket site down, unresponsive to email -- sounds like you should given it another day or two and then raise a dispute with the payment processor rather than asking LET to ban.

I'd suspect Hanlon's razor.
