anybody know if I can have a direct chat with technical person at OVH belgium?
Or is somebody here who can help me with an IP of OVH?

    I have had a similar experience with OVH, waited 3 months for a reply to a billing ticket!

    when you open a ticket , also have a habit to call OVH on phone this way it gets escalted too.

    Contact OVH US helpline as they do have free phone number so use Skype and you will get better response than French or UK OVH support
