Cheap server in the Netherlands with a /26

Is anyone able to offer a VM in the Netherlands with these specs:

• 4 vCores
• 4 GB RAM
• CentOS 7, 64 Bit
• 15 GB disc space
• shared 10 Gbps uplink
• traffic: max. 50TB/month, usually much less
• /26 subnet

The number of IPs is based on the use of the server for a VPN service.
After the first month we would like to pay semi-annually.
