Hello everyone, I am from China. I already have some Japanese vps, but some games seem to restrict local users some time ago, so I can't play them now. I need a VPS with a local IP not broadcast.

try looking for someone in japan with good internet speed and pay him to host a raspberry pi in his house for you and use it as vpn best way to do it, but its gonna be hard to get someone to do it and might be a bit pricy

I saw someone was selling softbank home broadband for 400usd. So for me... It is very pricey. Also in Japan, selling home broadband to someone else might get you in jail. They are very "scared" about VPN on their home broadbands. I think it is better just to set it up as a DNS unblock at the back.
All very good providers that i've been with for years, all have Tokyo POPs
Japan POP is not important, but each game blocks if it is not JPNIC IP
In the past, Linode's Tokyo 1 data center was KDDI IP, but it's a little disappointing that it disappeared
I highly doubt they block non-JPNIC space; that will simply not work. ISPs in Japan can receive IP address allocations from both JPNIC and APNIC. SoftBank for example uses 126/8 for their FTTH customers, and that is not managed by JPNIC.

Such IPs are on the whitelist
I've seen a few games from DMM, but they also block access to they block even if they try to access through IP, which is not very famous
Even if access is possible, it will be blocked later

@seriesn nexusbytes should help you.
it must be JPNIC ips.
JP of APNIC is not JPNIC, but it is almost the same.
you may need japanese native vpn provider for vps

You can choose GMO, Sakura or tokyonline, tokyonline they have the best native ips among all.

Use Mudfish if you want to play region locked japanese games.
https://mudfish.net/
They have broadband and Tier 1 available as exit IP.
which game typically are you playing, mind I join?
mudfish is great if just personal use, super cheap too for most games
I topup $2 like 2 years ago and still usable today
StarryDNS, NexusBytes or RansomIT

We got a /28 IPv4 and a /48 IPv6 from NTT. I believe we can use that to unblock games. But it's reserved for our own use.
Are you running a service in Japan?

Which games, specifically?
