I buy one server in plox.host in June
After one week ,the server still show pending so I open the ticket
Then they asked me how to use the server since I am from China
I answered I use to test my software and I would not run proxy nor VPN
But the server always shows pending so I delete my card from my account as I waste 79.99USD when they send me the new invoice
Then in Sep 15th ,they delete my old ticket and open one new ticket:

We are currently installing your dedicated server purchase.

What does the offer agreement say about the timing of the server preparation? Of course, I do not think that this is permissible, but maybe they wrote such terms for preparing the server in the offer agreement?
