They deserve it, they don't have fault of content that is being hosted, specially CP..
They takedown CP, that is ONLY a excuse from stupid anti-piracy groups to take them down.
I would love to see, BREIN losing and paying for all damages they caused.
Sure malicious intent is impossible to prove. It's not like they sign a contract for illegal activities. It's also not like the hosting company would access data by not respecting customer's privacy.
It is the job of police to do their work, identify illegal activities, and shut down customers at fault.
Pretty sure those two will be fine.
