This is a tool where you can find good expired domains: https://www.expireddomains.net/

You will need to register for free so you can get better access. Inside that you can type words to filter and search expired domains for just that keyword. E.g we will go to the .net section and make filter for word "hosting" or "server", "vps" etc.

Now register some domains,let them age for 6 months and sell them here.
