I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're below average.

My server was provisioned without swap and with an 100 Mbit/s port instead of Gbit, as advertised. It took them four days after opening a ticket to rectify both. On their website they state: "Our doors never close! We guarantee true 24/7 tech support from our in-house support engineers, we are always here to assist you! Our average response time is under 10 minutes." - nah.

They also say: "Our datacenter provides maximum uptime, so we can guarantee you 99.9% uptime with your server."

So far I've had outages from/to:
