We're actually about to go live with our snapshots, "soon".
We're equipped to offer them, at least in NL. Just haven't actually enabled it yet 100%. No extra cost, but will be limited.

I just wanted to update this and let it be known that snapshots are available in our Netherlands location currently for all VM plans. I'm working on a big website update, so the free VM snapshot isn't advertised yet but should be available now for all existing and new customers in the Netherlands.
