Looking for storage server (6TB+, ~10TB @ 1Gbps+, US/good connection to the US)

I've been using Hetzner for quite a while. It was great when I was living in Russia, but ever since moving back to the United States, it's been a bit meh.

On my 1Gbps home connection, I was managing to pull about 20MB/s from Hetzner, which is acceptable but nothing amazing. As of recently, though, something happened and I have been absolutely unable to get more 1MB/s off of it without a VPN.

Preferred specs:

• Storage: 6TB+ (RAID 0 is fine)
• Bandwidth: at least 10TB @ 1Gbps+

I'm on Comcast in Florida. I'd love to be able to saturate my connection when I'm downloading from the server. Ideally, a decent connection to peers in the EU would be great (mainly Hetzner, Leaseweb, and other seedboxes).

Looking to spend about $40-65 a month. Not sure if it's possible. Let me know and post some test files if you have any.

HostHatch had 10TB space with 15TB bandwidth @ 10 Gbps for $10/month in Los Angeles and Chicago last Black Friday... Maybe they'll restock it during Black Friday this year.
