Before cancelling it, If anybody Wants it I can transfer this server.

Just out of curiosity, did you transfer it using the Hetzner Marketplace? Do they charge a % for this?
You can transfer servers via Hetzner Robot to other Hetzner users free of charge.
I see. Neat feature by Hetzner, but i guess they are happy do offer this as long someone is paying for the server
