I can't buy it directly, I need to recharge first. Minimum requirements 10 €, so the price of 1 €, there is no meaning

    Life without meaning

    Congrats on your first post

  • In fact, it looks like 7 euros per 2 years, but I think it's enough.

  • here members will think twice about trying your service.
we will order for 1€ but must topup at least 5€.
instead of losing the trust of your potential customers, it's better setting to lower minimum topup to 1 euro or remove the 1EUR SPECIAL package

  • I ordered both. My servers will be off until I h ave time for them next month :D

Since our G1 SSD host systems are all full, I have modified the €1 offer so that it comes with HDD storage.

Unfortunately, this is not possible for the 5 € offer with public IPv4.

    SASG1 1EUR Special
    1 vCore
    512 MB Ram
    10 GB SAS storage
    No public IPv4 includet!

First year for only 1 €! After this year we will charge 6 € / year for an extend.

We are well aware of this, which is why we tend to consider IT enthusiasts as our target group.
Of course we are trying to make our interface more user-friendly and are always happy to receive constructive criticism in our panel under "Feature Request".

If in EU make sure VAT is paid in similarly fashion and one should be all set!

  • Please check Ticket#6240241.

  • I felt cheated. After recharging 5 euros, I submitted an order showing "Diamond / pages / service / proxmox_kvm / default_kvm. Create_error_no_free". After submitting the support ticket, I was informed that it had been sold out, but there was still a special promotion on its official website at this time. After I replied to the email, they immediately removed the promotion on its official website.Their support system is very backward, or a semi-finished product. After users submit tickets, they can't view the ticket history on the website. They just reply to me by email, but you can't know whether they have received your reply, because it won't automatically send an email to tell you "I've received your reply"

I have changed a few settings on all our dedi vps clients and will be fixing our panel this afternoon so that everyone has the correct settings straight away when we deploy.

The system has to be switched off once so that the settings are applied. I would be happy if you could test the performance again afterwards and let our support know (or here) whether the adjustments have increased the performance as expected.

  • Funny.

The offers are displayed on the website regardless of the stock (unfortunately not possible otherwise due to the system). However, it is possible to check whether an offer can be delivered or not before loading credit.

For those who have this problem, I can offer to provide the offer with SAS storage. Please contact our support and tell us the approximate time you tried to order the service (so we can check). All those who tried to order the service before 10am this morning (at which time I removed the offer) will then receive a comparable offer with HDD storage.

  • @GameTownProjects Maybe the user can check the inventory according to what you said, but the button to recharge the balance is before checking the inventory, which gives the user the hint that as long as you recharge, you can successfully buy. After all, if a system like WHMCS is out of stock, users can obviously see that your system is really not friendly enough.

The fact that our system is not user-friendly has indeed been the topic here before and is well known. :'(

However, using a system like WHMCS would lead to prices being significantly more expensive and a large part of the benefits that would arise for me through the project would be lost.
Actually, a rework of the interface was planned for July, but unfortunately we are always held up by more important problems, which is why the release of version 1.5 of the system is somewhat delayed.
