Software Platform Recommendations for Community Reference Info

We've been discussing creating a site to host the community's reference info.
Things like:
- tutorials (LET, LEB, etc.)
- some of the informative posts on LEB or LET...for example, someone posted a list of all RPi providers, so a link to that post, or the famous "Yes, You Can Host 18 Static Sites on a 64MB VPS", etc.
- links to other tutorials, so if someone looks up how to, say, setup Jitsi, there's a link to the LEB tutorial, any relevant LET thread, and links to other tutorials on the net
This would be organized hierarchically or based on categories, and would need a search, perhaps with tags. Nothing written in stone.
My question is: what platform is best for this? My impulse is MediaWiki but I thought I'd ask if anyone has any other recommendations.
