M.2 PCIe Drive: 250GB
SATA Enterprise HDD: 2 or 4TB
RAM: 16 or 32GB DDR4
Port Speed: 10Gbps Full-Duplex Down / UP 1Gbps is enough
Monthly Bandwidth: 30TB
IP: Residential IP Adress if possible
KVM/IPMI Support

The price is not real.
Hetzner does have 10 Gbit/s pipe option, but it will cost an additional 39 EUR/m.
The cheapest 10Gbps port dedicated servers I have seen are from Wholesaleinternet and Reliablesite, around $60/month.

I believe the CPU being advertised is the bare minimum. I got handed an E5, it varies on stock.

Wholesaleinternet sometimes have 10Gbps port servers with 200TB bandwidth for 59$, but you need to keep watching their website.

actually i already have one dedi server with spec SSD+12TB - 32GB RAM - 1Gbit/s - 100TB , but now i need 10giga server with small nvme drive. now i don't need a big one
already decreased , uplink 1Gbit/s with max 30TB per month
