sorry to highjack your thread , but what do you mean by IP services?
The closest you can (normally) find is Northern Virginia.
Even Cloudflare serves Maryland from Ashburn VA.
RTT is less than 10ms.
@Clouvider and Misaka @aveline has VPS in Ashburn.
LittleVZ @Cam has VPS in Vint Hill.
I’m not aware of any major companies who offer hosting in Maryland nor are the DCs any good in Baltimore. I would definitely lean towards Virginia or PA
