don't install sketchy stuff
if you need it, immunity360 is fine, but the best method is just to avoid malware in the first place. most people should not need it

It depends what you expect from it.
As a provider, I tried to use it to protect my infrastructure from Shell scripts and it didn't detected everything I've used, so I've removed it.
