Help me setting seedbox.
I got one of seedbox from pulsedmedia.
But I don't know how to setting it.
I want the torrent to stop after downloading, how to set the ratio ?
I want to move the mp4 to certain folder, how to set the filter in auto tools?
/.mp4/ not working
default /.*/ move all included folder, but I just want to move mp4
mp4 .mp4 return value to default. Must include / dunno why.
Their support claims to be 24/7 but they don't want to help me with this simple problem, so I don't know what else their support do.

I don't want to talk shit about Pulsedmedia as I don't have direct experience with them. However I was interested in their dedi's but on googling I found out they are banned from https://www.reddit.com/r/seedboxes/ for a large number of support related horror stories, if that tells you anything.
You should probably just make a post about your torrent issue on reddit.
I don't think 24/7 support should be used for basic "I want to configure torrent client, but I have no idea how". You don't call your car service when you have no idea how to turn on the indicator lights or open a glovebox, do you?

You got a seedbox but don't want to seed?? Then just download using a torrent on your PC. It doesn't make sense otherwise.

I was not happy with PulsedMedia support, honestly the guy is quite rude even when you give all details, you write friendly / correctly / polite, and even if you know what you are talking about. Could get worse if you are talking about something he doesn't now also.
On the other side, you look to be quite new into this. PulsedMedia is definitively not made for people not aware about how a seedbox works. Request a refund, don't loose your time. You may go with a more modern provider with a community behind, like ByteSized for example.

Why did you take a seebox if you don't know what it is? Seedbox is not for stopping a download, instead it is for seeding, hence the name seed-box. Seedbox is not a solution to just download something and stop seeding, because you can do this with your own computer (or laptop, or Raspberry Pi).

Nah, torrent, porn, pirated software, no dmca shit in my country. Never used vpn while torrenting, dl, no restriction here unless u plan to become a terrorist, they come knocking your door. My connection only 10Mbps dl, 4Mbps upload, 600-750gb bandwith limited, then speed reduced to 3Mbps and I need to download and upload to filehost with 7-10gb /file. jokes.
Yeah so you need to download torrents, plan to seed nothing, then upload the material to filehosters and probably share the links to make a quick buck, but contribute nothing to the whole process.

First you should learn to document yourself from search engines and online reading about seedboxes, then ask for help after you tried and failed multiple times, and only after you successfully help others, you may get to make demands. Trust is earned.

seedbox is just the name dumbass. It doesnt mean you have to SEED. You can use it just to download files via torrent without getting dmca notice to your ISP. Not every one lives in a shithole, ISPs care about those notices here.
