    Any solution?

Accounts are closed when met with high risk score, that is why you couldn't login.
Feel free to place an order again and let me know your order number/email through PM so that we can manually approve it for you.

User is unable to login if an account is marked as fraud. If you do not pass fraud checks, then account is marked as fraud and payment is refunded. If your payment is still not refunded, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will look into it.

This is what exactly happen when you choose a cheap level of people running cheap level of hosting and ruin the name of good hosting providers.

Even doesn't matter you choose their own "Singapore" server as hosting location.

    Shame

I usually don't talk too much but when it comes into mind to try some hosting provider who talk too much...then I suppose to give a try to them and then find the reason behind why they are doing so.

That's one of the clearest descriptions of a technical issue I have seen here.

Please note that we have been suspending the users who are exceeding their resources, such as CPU Usage. If you utilize 1 CPU core fully for long time, we have no choice but to suspend the user. We usually warn users on normal plans, however, on promotional packages, we directly suspend them. Users can always contact us by creating a support ticket. We have been also very lenient in "suspending" the users, we even give them 48 hours to fix the issue.

While we know that it can be frustrating for your website to go down due to suspending it. However, other users on the same node are affected due to this and that doesn't leave us any other choice but to suspend user.

It is also clearly mentioned in our Acceptable Use Policy about the fair usage policy of Shared Hosting Accounts. And promotional packages even come with "zero tolerance policy", yet we have been giving chances to the users to fix their websites.

Anyways, you are always welcome to create a support ticket and ask us to un-suspend the service, we will do that and give you 48 hours to optimize your website - we do that with every user. Suspend doesn't mean that your website will remain suspended for all the time, we give chance to users to fix their website.

EDIT: After further investigation, it was found that you were hosting an illegal website, that completely violates our Acceptable Use Policy and involves pirated content.

Illegal is illegal, pirated content is pirated content, what is not clear about this?

You can't even buy shit with $1 nowadays, yet you are using it to host illegal contents and could get the hosting provider into trouble.

You agreed to the Terms and Conditions while you sign up to the service, no? Stop being a d*ck, this is why we can't have nice things.

I don't even think there's any needs for provider to answer you any of your unclear questions, refer to the AUP/TOS yourself here: https://limitlesshost.net/terms-of-service/ and https://limitlesshost.net/aup/

Sure, next we'll have CP gangs asking for their backup too.

@sean456 said: Don't even dare to ask question like what is "illegal" exactly

Since you didn't read the TOS, there is another reason your service should be cancelled right away, even without you doing something illegal -- providing a falsified statement of having read and accepted the TOS.

Are you sure your name is really "Sean"? The way you construct your sentences seem to indicate you're from India, a native speaker would have used the words "steal" and "too" instead of "loot" and "also", respectively. There's also "No." (stands for "number") which I've only seen used by Indian English speakers.

Did you use the same name "Sean" when signing up to the provider? If so, there's another reason for suspension.
