Yo, the thread can be ignored. Google just hated the domain, chatted with indexing experts on the GSC forum for a whole day and no one could figure it out.
So I downloaded the files and switched the domain in my Nginx conf and boom it worked.
Basically, Google just hated the domain. I've never seen anything alike and the web host that I too consulted with had never seen anything similar either.
It's time to auction off this domain and recoup some losses.
