Not exactly an alternative since it doesn't have the advanced search feature or anything. But just a simple list of providers - https://exoticvm.com

There's also https://lowendstorage.win/ - but it's fairly limited and focused on storage.

@Jumbo933 maybe you could give us some feedback to improve our site so you don't feel the need to find alternatives?

I feel you should provide more updated information. For example, I can see many offers by i-83.net, but the host is not selling any service anymore.

Another example will be HK-KVM-LET-SPECIAL-512MB which is already not available for a long time (what I understand is that they will not replenish the stock). I tried "Report a mistake" function a few weeks ago, but I still see the offer now.

You're right, providers are not removed automatically - the stock is just changed to "Unknown" when this happens. I've just removed them manually. :)

In that case, they should remove it from their website: https://www.hosthongkong.net/billing/cart.php?gid=10 :) The spider automatically removes any offers that are not on their website within 24 hours. Unfortunately, it also appears like they firewalled our spider IP, so the spider won't be able to update any information from their website until they resolve that.

And it is correct that we haven't been focused on adding more providers lately, and responding to offer mistakes might have slowed down as well. This is because we're working on overhauling the entire database format and spidering logic, and as to avoid double work, we haven't set up any spiders using the old logic for the past few months.

That being said, I personally have a lot more time starting next week, so you can expect to see a lot of new providers and updated offers in a few weeks or so. :D

    ServerHunter is the bees knees.
I always forget that its around when looking for stuff, and almost always end up there after looking through providers and whatnot, and almost always - it has exactly what I want.
Can it be better? Of course. But even at its current stage - it does the job it needs to do.

Looking forward to seeing more changes :-)

  • ServerHunter doesn't have much competition, especially anything that is worthy of a bookmark... it's true.

It's pretty respectable that S-Huntre is still going on.

In my book, a site like his isn't worth the time investing unless he gets a lot of traffic. And people expect too much from such sites nowadays.

Doing your own shitty homework is a thing of the past.
