Is there a US based company that offer this kind of dedicated box?
CPU: 1.5Ghz+ (at least 2cores, intel atom is fine, I okay with RPI too)
RAM: 1-4GB (1Gb minimum)
OS: Ubuntu 18+ or Debian 8+
Port Speed: 20Mbps minimum speed (the faster the better)
Bandwidth: 2TB minimum
Storage: 2TB HDD or 4TB HDD (Ent. Drive)
Uptime: 99% please (this device will pull images on our other servers)
I want a big storage drive
Budget: $10-$25/month
Is it possible for my budget to get this kind of dedicated?
I saw contabo but their outlet dedis is a monster and it will be a waste. I am just in for the storage drive.
PS: Please don't offer Dacentec. I had a not so nice experience with them. I like Hetzner but we prefer US-Based where we can visit or check if we have time.
Please do not offer VPS.

I'm in for the storage drives only. I am willing to increase the budget up to $35.
do you know a dedicated provider that can do a customized server? I think is only possible with provider who owns datacenter and not reseller.

You are welcome to ship us powered external and we can plug it into a RPI for you. Please note there will be a small cost for each drive as it does require power.
