Looking for dedi’s under $40 w/ 2 drives

As mentioned in title, I am looking for a dedicated server under a budget of $40 for web hosting. The following requirements are necessary:

• At least 4 core CPU (benchmark >5000)
• At least 16G RAM
• At least 2 drives (for raid1), 240G or higher ssd preferred
• 5TB monthly transfer
• IPMI access for custom os
• IPv6

I have already purchased Hetzner, OneProvider, OVH(KS/SYS), looking into other providers globally. Accept a bit over budget up to $55 for better specifications.

The original poster asks for under $40 and here you have providers who are incompetent at reading or just plain off being spammy. Imagine sending them a support ticket if they can't even read properly here.
