You could get NAT IPv4 with 256 MB for less than $10 per yr

You could try Gullo, Webhorizon and Mr. VM

1€/month, but if you don't want to pay 10€ setup fee it's a 12 month contract.

Have a vps with them and so far they are pretty good, they even have direct peering to Deutsche Telekom.
Uptime report for my vps with them: https://hetrixtools.com/report/uptime/b217c800f6fd9831e41d3842905ddfad/

  • HostSailor can be a good option in Netherland location:

Usually they have some good promotion offer (yearly offers).

I'm always surprised by such requests (no offense, nothing personal). What's the point?

It looks something like this: I want to buy a car for $ 500. The car that I will drive and for which I will buy gasoline. But a car for $ 1000 does not suit me, I need a car for $ 500.
But, why? Maybe because I only have $ 500? Or maybe I'm greedy?

Seriously, when I connect to the Internet, I look at the prices and conditions, but I'm unlikely to look for the cheapest option.

When someone connects to the internet and joins LowEndTalk, the are likely to look for the cheapest option.

The budget set by OP is very reasonable, or even high. The message is that "I want a car that does the job, don't try and sell me a Ferrari for going to pick up my groceries".

It looks like some kind of sport. I want to always be ahead. Buy cheaper than everyone, drive faster than everyone, and so on.

Apparently, I am not given to understand such a motivation :D

Is this some kind of hidden advertising since you are also in his budget?

If OVZ Okay for you try Deltavo they offer $1 VPS monthly with one time PP checkout.

    We can do 128MB, 10GB storage, 1 IPv4, /64 IPv6, 1TB of BW for $20/yr in Netherlands if you'd like.

  • Scaleway: stardust-instances can meet your request.
    But better choice: https://www.hetzner.com/cloud
