6) Why near/in Germany? My current server is located in DE, so I will mount it via NFS so need to maximally get rid of "issues".

literary I will store only cached data there, so the main consumption will be BW nor CPU/RAM.

I think that would be kinda fine, but they are currently out of stock as i can see.
