I look for a dedicated server (any location) with these specifications (at least)

4c/8t CPU
32G RAM
2TB HDD (ideally + 250GB SSD)
1Gbps

I have found such offers here on LowEndTalk, but I wish to consider other options.

I also welcome any comments or advice.
