VPS in Europe with High CPU (+3.5Ghz) and Geekbench v4 above 5000

Hi,
Need to buy a VPS in Europe (PT, ES, DE, NL and UK are preferred locations) with the highest CPU base clock possible, since its to host a PHP application, so single core CPU performance is very important.
After looking around, the fastest CPU on VPS I found was with vultr.com, upcloud.com netcup.de and Hetzner dedicated AMD cloud, all offering VPS plans with Geekbench v4 results on single core between 4000 to 5000.
A Geekbench v4 single core close or above 6000 would be perfect!
Budjet is +/- $100/month for something with around 4CPU + 16GB RAM + 200GB Disk.
Any advices or suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

Hetzner Ax41 NVMe will satisy the above requirements
Yes, I know. Thanks for the suggestion. Looking for something with similar performance as a dedi, but without the need to manage hardware related issues. So a VPS solution is what I need.

Hi!
We did a benchmark test on our OVH Game node and you can see our bench result. It isn't over 5000 as you require but monthly price can be discounted to 50$ per month for your required resources.

We use high clock Xeons (E-22xx series) and can offer UK or DE - YABs from a UK test VPS below:
The 2278s usually get over 6000 as they have a higher turbo speed (see https://browser.geekbench.com/v4/cpu/16306071 ) but currently adding 2278g’s to DE so only 2276’s available currently (unless US is an option)
Our standard packages go up to 4 core, 8gb ECC RAM, 200gb NVMe @ £27.25 but we could work something out for a higher RAM package.
Do you mind sharing a bench (https://github.com/masonr/yet-another-bench-script) on your UK node? Also, what is the exact EPYC model on your UK node?
Thanks
@terrahost offer with 5950X will give you best single CPU perf.
Thanks for the mention Yes we have 1Gbps unmetered KVMs based on 5950X from 8.6e/mo. Check out our site for more information: https://terrahost.no/virtuell-server
Here is the bench:

Hardware related issues? What do you mean? The hetzner dedi will be accessible via ssh, the same way any VPS would. Due to being a dedi, it will have more fire power. Their portal is simple to setup OS. They also have 14 day refund policy in case you are not satisfied
Setting up RAID, monitoring redundant disks, power supplies etc., ensuring proper failover to a different machine when something breaks or during maintenance work, and so on.
Well known "cloud" providers will do much more for you than just installing Proxmox on a server.
RAID or drive failure, cpu fan failure, something on the motherboard to fail... etc.. What I mean is that with a dedi I have to manage and monitor all hardware. On a VPS my only work is to look after the software.
@seriesn (NexusBytes] Can you please share a bench? Forget I said your UK node. NL node would the best for my now. Thanks

Sorry for the delay boss. Been caught up with personal BS
Hi! Is this benchmark actually from one VPS? How is latency for US users? Thanks!
Yes, this is VPS. You could check the latency using their looking glass.

Thanks, I ordered three servers. I can confirm that the CPU performance is awesome! I just hope the 1Gbps network speed is enough for replicated storage in Kubernetes.
