looking for a mail host with unlimited domain and user

looking for a email solution something like "company email host".

will have 100-200 domains hosted and generate email users in bulk.
it is better if hosting provider calculate the usage by disk space but not domains quantities.

will only receiving email, each user 3-5 emails. not sending a lot emails, im not requiring flood on emails. actually there will be almost no email sending.

all domain and email received is legal and clean, won't bring bad reputation to your ips.

generate email users in bulk is a very useful feature and i might go for it even it is expensive.
budget 10-20USD monthly.

You can do what you want via DirectAdmin API.

The benefit of mxroute is reduced when not sending, but at least money is spent toward software like Crossbox, Afterlogic, etc.
