I use Nextcloud with 2GB Ram, so far it is going smooth.

Would be interesting to see someone answer that they are NOT trustworthy. The provider in this case has been on LET for seven years longer than you, btw.

I am sure you have checked minimum hw specs for Seafile. In line with the plan you mention.

2 GB of which vintage of DDR is the question.

DDR3 maybe will pass. DDR2 600 mhz maybe not. Question arises, which Ram is offered here.

Cpu and core usage limit (fair use/burst…)should the more relevant concern for seafile than ram. Unless I am mistaken. Best regards
