What do you mean by integration?
Are talking about modules?
Or that Html/wordpress integration?
If second one then I would recommend you to use different sever for the portal and billing.
Integration will not have add any value.
If you are are talking about modules then Hostbill have lots of them
Edited: Hostbill do have some options to customize templates and add custom css etc.
Integration in terms of website design/billing panel sorta like the WHMCS billing integration.
It should work the same way as both systems used Smarty template engine
