    Hello, what is the speed limit of NAT Hong Kong? Mine gives ping 30 but the speed is 1/2 lower than NAT Singapore ping 65.

    Everything this on 1Gbps shared ports, speed may vary at different times of day.

    Hi @Swordee, we've recently introduced a resource doubling fee of $20 for order numbers containing letters since those are more complicated to handle. Please let me know it we shall proceed and create an invoice in your account.

    Our system expects hostname in domain format, it needs not be an actual domain.

    You can use this address format http://nyc.lg.webhorizon.in/ change 3 character with the location they have.

    Except for singapore they have several location http://sgp-b.lg.webhorizon.in/ and http://sgp-c.lg.webhorizon.in/

    an update here: We added a cool new feature publicly in Beta test now & need users for testing.

    Asia-Pacific Users can now unblock Netflix & Dazn on our network B)
    It needs a manual adjustment on the VPS, anyone who is interested please create a ticket and we will provide you with instructions to do the same.

    Eligible service plans - Currently all service users are eligible for testing.

    Pricing - yet to be decided. Expect gratis for all dedicated IP users. :)

    Note: this feature is provided on best effort basis at the moment.
