Hi, need small help here

1. I want to ask question, there is some link / website that compare vps with price/TB value as i remember but i forgot it. Does anyone know pls tell me

2. Also i am looking for small storage vps with with 250GB / 500GB storage with $15 yearly, Need as cheap as possible, don't care about sustainability, just for private nextcloud and temporary

I can get This with those price, but i resist, because of budget and i will use it just temporary

HostHatch Chicago 250GB big plate chicken $15/year
Not enough RAM for Nextcloud.
I use it as backup only.
