VPS in Portugal at LIS1 DC with HE.net transit?
Looking for a cheap VPS with the following specs:
- KVM only.
- 1 vCore.
- 1 GB RAM.
- Debian 10 ISO images.
- At least 20GB SSD.
- 1 IPv4. (Don't care about IPv6).
- Following ports in/out must be opened (25, 110, 113, 465, 587, 6666 to 6670 and 7000).
- HE.net transit, no Cogent crap (LIS -> OPO -> BIL -> MAD), direct routes from LIS to MAD only.
- Lightweight torrenting tolerated.
- Ability to acquire a /29 IPv4 block within 3 months is a plus.
- Ability to do classless reverse delegation (RFC2317) is a plus.
Budget 5$/5 EUR a month/billed yearly.
