Uptimerobot has iOS app: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/uptimerobot-monitor-anything/id1104878581
Also has push-notifications according to description.
Maybe Zabbix and one of these apps?

statuscake
HetrixTools.
HetrixTools -> telegram bot for notifications. Works well and every device I have pings on notifications
And Telegram for notifications.
HetrixTools with Pushover
If you’re interested in using Zabbix, this is the IOS app I use. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/zbx-viewer/id1400363328
PhpServerMonitor with Pushover
The key selling point of Pushover is that is spams you with notifications for the same thing until you action it, can’t be missed like a single SMS/Telegram/Discord/etc push notification
We use Librenms with their alert system + telegram / pushover integration for live updates or notifications. Can do anything/everything and is open source and free. What more could you need
guys the OP is asking for something that has iOS app with push notify. He already stated hetrixtools does not have iOS app.
HetrixTools + Pushover*
Works very well and iOS has Pushover. 100% worth the initial $5 cost.
IIRC hetrixtools does not have its own iOS app.
It doesn't, but you can use Pushover as the notification type in HetrixTools which does Push notifications to IOS so that should be pretty sufficient.
The OP was asking both. iOS app and Push notification. Maybe he wants to see the status via app instead of mobile browser. Maybe he wants to do other functions via app and not via browser. Hence his comment "Sadly nixstats and hetrixtools not got their own IOS application.". He knows about hetrixtools having push feature.
Ah, you're right I totally overlooked the need for checking the actual monitoring / graphs etc from an app, I thought OP would just be after the notification side of things.
